REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
We at Aarav Tender Consultant are thankful for your interest in subscribing to our services. We strongly recommend you go through our refund policy before subscribing.
- Subscription can be cancelled within 15 Days of payment. A refund will be processed within 14 working days after receiving a request on sales@gemtenderconsultant.in.
- No refunds can be claimed after 15 Days of payment.
We take all measures to provide you with accurate service, but you cannot claim a refund for the reasons mentioned below:
Service Scope & Turnaround Time (TAT)
- "You are not providing new tenders or current tenders update" – We are consultants for the tendering process, not a tender information service. A refund will not be processed for this reason.
- "You committed this much TAT for such works" – GeM Portal or other government portal servers can be down for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. As we are not their agents, we do not guarantee TAT if such external issues are faced.
- If there are terms or documentation requirements that you fail to compile and provide to us in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for delays or failures in the process.
Documents Related Issues
- We will provide any formats we have for a particular product listing or tender bidding. If we do not have a specific format, you are responsible for managing it.
- We will not create, modify, or draft any documents for you. You are responsible for providing all required documents for any process. Any issues arising from fake or incorrect documentation are solely your responsibility.
Product Listing Related Issues
- Authorisation Code: We do not provide any company’s authorisation code. You must obtain this from your OEMs.
- Products Not Publishing: You must provide accurate and complete product specifications. We are experts in the GeM process, not every product. Incorrect specifications will lead to rejections by GeM, for which we are not responsible.
- Required Certifications: If a category requires ISO, BIS, test reports, or other documents, you must furnish these details.
- Category Not Available: We cannot create new categories on GeM. If a category for your product is unavailable, we can guide you in searching for BOQ or Customized bids.
Vendor Assessment Related Issues
- We will guide you on the required documents and how to prepare for the assessment. We will not create documents or appear in the video assessment on your behalf.
- You must furnish all required documents (ISO, BIS, test reports, etc.) during the video assessment. Failure to do so is not our responsibility.
Tender Bidding Related Issues
- If a client lacks compliance with any terms, qualifying/eligibility criteria after the tender summary has been shared, we are not responsible for disqualification.
- We are not responsible if a tender authority rejects participation for invalid reasons. However, if you inform us in a timely manner (within 2 days of receiving the disqualification email from GeM), we can assist in challenging the rejection.
- You must provide all required documents and details at least 1 day (24 hours) before the bid submission deadline. We are not responsible for missed submissions due to last-minute information.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern your use of services offered by Aarav Tender Consultant. Please read through this document carefully. If you do not agree with the terms & conditions, do not opt for any of our offerings. Your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by them.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
All contact details, documents, and user credentials that you provide are used for the completion of the work you demanded and are held and processed accordingly. We will respect your data and privacy, and no information will be passed on to anyone without your consent.
APPLICABILITY AND COOPERATION
Aarav Tender Consultant is continually seeking to improve the services offered and reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the website or its services. In respect of any Subscription Services, we will ensure that any changes do not materially decrease the functionality of those services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
For every tender/RFP/RFQ/RFI information, bidders are requested to read the original tender notices (issued by the tendering authority) very carefully. Aarav Tender Consultant and its affiliates provide the service on an "as is" basis and do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information. Neither Aarav Tender Consultant nor any of its employees shall be liable for any loss or injury caused in whole or part by its negligence in procuring, compiling, interpreting, or delivering the service.
TAT FOR THE DIFFERENT SERVICES OFFERED
Onboarding & Invoicing
- Customer Welcome: Within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
- Invoice Sharing: Soft copy within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Registration & Assessment
- GeM Registration: 2 working days after receiving complete documents.
- Vendor Assessment: 20 working days after receiving complete documents.
- Vendor Assessment Exemption: 3 working days after receiving complete documents.
Brand & Cataloguing
- Brand Approval (with Trademark): 2-3 working days.
- Brand Approval (with Undertaking): 2-3 working days.
- Product Cataloguing: Up to 15 products applied per day. Publishing TAT on GeM is 4-7 working days.
- Service Cataloguing: Up to 5 services applied per day. Publishing is usually immediate but can take up to 4 working days for validation.
Tender Bidding
- You should intimate us at least 5 days before the bid submission end date.
- Tender Short Summary: Within 1 working day of intimation.
- Bidder Enrolment (Non-GeM): 2 working days after intimation.
- Bid Submission: 1 working day after receiving all required documents.
DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
- Application Submission: Within 1 working day after receiving documents.
- Approval: Within 1 working day after successful video verification.
- Token Delivery: Within 7 working days, depending on location.
